Terms of Use

General Refunds: Refunds are processed in the original form of payment. Allow 1-2 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Item cannot be refunded once shipped.

Product Condition for Returns: Items cannot be returned/refunded once shipped.

Return Period: Orders can be refunded within 2 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable, including limited-time accessories merchandise and certain merchandise over $100 dollars. Items that are refundable will be noted on the product page. 

If items are returned to sender due to the buyer's failure to claim their parcel on time, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If the item is a non-returnable item, seller will request for shipping fee to re-ship said item and will be responsible for any fees incurred by the return.

Payment due to customer's country (Customs process) is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Exceptions

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 1 week to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover all shipping charges in cases of defective products. However, to prevent malicious actors from intentionally damaging products to request a refund, we require video evidence of unpacking the merch which shows the product being a defect upon arrival. Damages to the packages and not the product does not count as a defect.

Changes to Our Policy: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Please review our policy periodically.
